Ebb & Flow was founded in 2009 by Susanne Nielsen. Based in Svenstrup, Denmark, the brand consists of a small, dedicated team whose mission is to bring sophisticated lighting designs to people all over the world and to add personality to private and professional spaces.
Ebb & Flow prides itself on being a brand of personality, liberation and meaningful interior design. It is a brand that is not driven by fashion or trends. They design bespoke lighting that adds character and personality to any space with designs that last for years.
All products are designed by the Founder and Designer, Susanne Nielsen. Inspired by perfume bottles, jewellery, and British antique markets, all her products are designed with a focus on organic shapes, proper raw materials, and an eye for detail.
The collection holds everything from simplistic and elegant designs to sculptural statements – including table and floor lamps, wall lights, pendants, surface lights, and fabric lampshades – all of which are produced by hand in glass, crystal, brass, and luxurious fabrics.
Handmade production is at the heart of Ebb & Flow and all their products are produced by hand in Europe using traditional craft methods. They celebrate uniqueness, impressive craftsmanship, and the individual special story of each product.
