HOW TO ENTER:


1. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must subscribe to the Lighterior newsletter.
2. By completing these steps, entrants will enter the draw for the chance to win an Olivia Table Lamp (valued at AUD$305.00). The lamp colour is specified by Lighterior and is non-negotiable.
3. Email address must be verified and accepted to be entered into the promotion.
4. Entrants may enter the competition only once.

5. By subscribing and following Lighterior, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6. The promotion period commences on 03.06.24 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 30.06.24. The winner will be drawn and contacted on 01.07.24.
7. The winner will receive an Olivia Table Lamp – colour to be specified by Lighterior.
8. The winning recipient will be contacted by email and must respond via email to accept their prize within 14 days of notification or the winner will be re-drawn.
9. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered.
10. Lighterior accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries.
11. Competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years (excluding employees of Lighterior and their immediate families. For the purposes of this clause, "immediate families" of an employee includes his or her spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, stepchild, adopted child, parent, stepparent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-siblings or first cousin).
12. Entrants agree and consent to their name being uploaded to, published or re-published on any of Lighterior’s social media channels or websites during and after the promotional period, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and www.lighterior.com.au.
13. This competition is a game of chance and winners will be randomly selected. The winner will be notified by email. The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the entrant.
14. Lighterior shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
15. Lighterior reserves the right to pause or end this competition at any time for any reason. Such an event will be noted on www.lighterior.com.au. Lighterior reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will become effective once published here.
